Our Story

Dried Up Drainage was formed to manage the water and drainage needs of our customers to the same standard of precision and quality that we demonstrate to our own row crop division. With the demand for high quality drainage installers in our area Dried Up Drainage has evolved into one of the areas leading drainage contractors. Established in 2014 by Josh Miller, a third generation expert in the drainage industry.

Drain Tiling & Water Management

Full Service land improvement

We offer a wide variety of agricultural, drainage, and land improvement services custom tailored to match each individual’s specific needs. With a wide variety of low ground pressure equipment, we can design highly specialized solutions with little damage to the site.

Open Ditch and Water Way Maintenance

We can clean the sediment out of open ditches to keep the water moving efficiently and the ditches from eroding with several different sizes of excavators. After cleaning, we can spread and shape the sediment to prevent future erosion. If your ditch is in good shape but has weeds and trees, we can chemically maintain them as well.

Drain Tile Installation

Our machines are designed to install your drainage project on grade in the toughest conditions, with less damage to the site. Not only is the shank of the plow controlled by GPS but the machine it’s self is auto steer ready as well, so when your site calls for a 30’ spacing on the lateral lines 30’ is what you get!

Permitting, Delineation & Preparation

Permit Applications and Approvals

Dried Up Drainage works with each landowner and grower from start to finish during the permit process to ensure that there are no surprises during or after your project is done from any of the governing agencies in your area

Topography Mapping

We use a tracked vehicle with GPS mapping capabilities to create a surface elevation map of each project, with a topo stick as backup for any areas a vehicle can't access. We then design a drainage plan that can be manipulated to suit the current grower or landowners needs.

Site Preparation and Land Leveling

We can reshape land to smooth and direct the contours, making the surface water move in the proper direction. Our dozer is equipped with fully automated GPS blade control that assists the operator to get the land shaped to the proper scope even if the tolerances of the grades are very tight or flat.
